About Us

We are a multi-generational evangelical church based in the heart of Blackpool providing opportunities for people to hear and experience the Christian way of life first hand.

Church Alive was established in 2000 and achieved charitable status in 2003. We moved to our current site on Raikes Parade, Blackpool in 2004. In 2018, the final payment was made on the property and the church is now mortgage free.

To bring Jesus and His message of hope to all people
To equip Christians to live the Christian life and find their place in God’s family
To Share God’s love in practical service with those in need
To glorify God in all that we do

Our Beliefs

The one true God who lives eternally in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The incarnation of God’s Son, Jesus Christ, born of the virgin Mary, truly divine and truly human, yet without sin.
The atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, dying in our place, paying the price of sin and defeating evil, so reconciling us with God.
The divine inspiration and supreme authority of the written Word of God found in the Old and New Testament Scriptures.
The justification of sinners solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
